I have the new Skype desktop version 8.13.0.3 on PC - up to date, but you won't be able re-activate it either so, keep the classic Skype exe on hand. I got 8.13 to install but it looks just like the Skype Store app 12.13 (no wonder it I have latest Skype on Windows and Androidboth suck equally much.
